Products
Your order is very important to us, we make every piece with extreme care and it goes through various quality tests to make sure everything is done with the best quality possible. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products on our website. However, all our products are handmade with artisanal processes, and sometimes variations occur, please consider 5-8% variation in colors tones, and shapes, this is mainly for our rugs.
For Rugs
Most of our rugs are made to order. The production time depends on the size of the rug. We display the estimated time next to the size. You can also consult here for more information. Take into account that all our rugs are handmade by artisans and sometimes delays in the production might occur, consider 3-4 days extra in small and medium sizes and 5-8 days in big sizes.
Return Policy
Due to the made-to-order nature of our business, all sales are final and no refund can’t be issued unless your piece gets damaged or broken in the shipping process. In case your product is broken, lost or damaged in the shipping process we will replace it free of charge.
Shipping
If the product you are ordering is in stock we will pack it and send it whin 1-2 bussiness days. You will recieve all the tracking updates to the email you provided when you place the order. Expect notifications from UPS, DHL or Fedex. Estimated delivery time is, for United States 3-5 days, for Canada 5-7 days, Europe 7-9 days, Australia, 12-16 days, Asia 12-16 days. Delivery time might be affected by big holidays, weather conditions and customs.
If you are ordering from Canada, Europe, Australia or Asia, custom tax might be applied uppong delivery. This does not apply to orders going into the US due to the NAFTA agreement.
