Guide — Alambre 03

Wool is a highly stain-resistant material and fairly easy to clean. The natural coating of wax on the sheep fibers protects moisture from penetrating into the surface of the rug. Our resistance rating is also based on a color’s capacity to hide stains. Darker, more intense tones easily hide blemishes that can occur over time. For high-traffic areas, we recommend a 4-5 circles rating. Our rating of 2-3 cicles should avoid high-traffic areas and take care, especially where food is handled. Our 1-2 rating is best recommended for wall-hanging textiles.

Pads: Wool is a naturally cushioned material when woven. For extra cushioning, we recommend floor pads. For wood floors, we advise non-slip pads.
